I have some financial performance reports that require data that I need to obtain from Quickbooks and analyze in an Excel spreadsheet. I have tried several other add ins in the past but did not find them to be very user friendly but Flash Reports works very well, is easy to use, and is reasonably priced. If you would encounter a problem or need assistance, their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this product.
Flash Reports is the best reporting tool ever for QBO. You can set up your templates and each month update your financials with a click of the button. Even if you send financials to the client and they need to adjust some expenses or income. Once you do it, it is updated.
Custom reports that are not part of the standard reports can be created. I could go on and on with Flash reports. I would highly recommend Flash Reports.

This app has saved me 3-4 hours of time each month in building custom reports for my board that review our budget vs actual performance over time, allowing for comparisons across multiple years and multiple budgets all in one Excel report.

We use this app when preparing month-end balance sheet reconciliations and add all my backup documentation. We also use this to consolidate our sister companies into one portfolio. This makes everything so much easier and their help is AMAZING!
Flash Reports has made my job so much easier! Having multiple companies under one parent company, makes it difficult to create monthly consolidated reporting in QBO. Flash Reports has allowed me to create these consolidated reports, which I am able to update monthly with ease. If you need to make a change in QBO, it is instantly updated in your flash report with a quick refresh. The tool is very user-friendly and is the best app to use with QBO. I cannot recommend this tool enough! It has saved me from hours of excel headaches!!
We used Flash Reports to connect our client's financial statements to their financial model. The client is a biotech start-up that plans to apply for government contracts that require a specific account structure. Their financial model is organized as management reporting. I was able to download their P&L and reorganize the accounts to feed the financial model. Going forward we can update the model in minutes with actual results. This tool is very easy to use and incredibly powerful.
